Azimuth

Azimuth:

  1. An angular measurement used for direction of wellbore trajectory expressed in degrees (from 0 to 359) clockwise from True North or Magnetic North. See Inclination.
  2. Bearing (compass direction) of a line - e.g. fold axis.
